It’s always dirty, staff are legitimately clueless when asking for any type of help, and don’t get me started on their attempt to compete online. Ordered a very simple item and my options were pickup in store the following day, or 2-day shipping for $5.99. Free shipping is only on items over $30. Figured i’d be in the area so went to pick it up only to be told there’s a shipping delay and the extremely cheap China grill cover wasn’t arriving until the following Monday (7 full days later...). I hope for the sake of sales that this place wakes up. I will never be ordering online from this place again - I’ll stick with free shipping and same prices on Amazon. Lesson learned.
