The rep took all the time I needed to make my decisions and got everything straight with my account. She had a complete knowledge of not only the plans and services that I had questions about, but also all of the phones I wanted to review. She was patient Even when another customer came in and was, in my opinion rude to her. Johanna is wonderful !!
