  Called the gallery to set up and appraisal appointment. The phone was answered by and older woman who barely let me get out what I was looking to have appraised before swiftly cutting me off and telling me they weren't currently purchasing these items. Thanks for calling...click! Even if I had other items I'd like looked at, I wouldn't take them here. If your phone etiquette is terrible, surely you cant be much better in person.
