  Bad customer service. The Employees there were talking in bad about me while I was right in front of them and they were in a rush to kick us out before closing time . Terrible experience

  Worst customer service EVER! I purchased a fog machine prior to Halloween. I asked if it was returnable. The salesperson answered yes. Set the machine up, filled it with liquid, and proceeded as directed. One burst of fog came out and nothing else. Left it plugged in and running for the entire night, to no avail. Had to dump liquid out and rebox for return. Went to return fog machine on 11/18/17. The salesperson states it's non-returnable. I inform her that prior to purchase I inquired and was told it was returnable. I also informed her that regardless it did not work. She stated she had to get the manager. She had to call the manager twice and he took his sweet time to come to register. Bill, the manager was very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever! I go through the same spiel as I did with salesperson. Bill tells me he cannot return it. I am telling him it does not work. Idiot that Bill is, he asks where is the liquid. I put the liquid in the machine, how else would I know it did not work, duuuuuh! Then he asks, where is the cap? Idiot! It is attached to the machine. He proceeds to tell me he needs the liquid in order to test machine. I told him to get a bottle off the shelf. He says they do not have any...that is not my problem. Then this idiot goes on to say, it's been used. Again, duuuh, HOW THE HELL ELSE WOULD I KNOW IT DID NOT WORK!!!! Going through this nonsense with him of course an argument ensued. Bill decides to slam/throw the cord in the box in a threatening manner. I asked for corporate number. He gave me someone named Manny's number and told me to call him in 2 weeks or so because he is out of the country. Needless to say, I left with the broken machine. I now have to involve my credit card company and try to get in touch with the owner. Save yourself some trouble and DO NOT shop here. WORST STORE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE WHOLE LOT SHOULD BE FIRED AND START OVER AGAIN!
