  I looked at several different companies when shopping for my new appliances. I was doing a major renovation in my home with the help of a designer. After shopping many stores Bray and Scarff had the best selection and the most informed staff . I loved my salesman, McKinley. He was helpful and ansered ALL of my questions. He helped me decide on which brands would be best for my specific needs that fit into my price range. My set of Kitchen Aid appliances have been the best and I thank McKinley for his patience and expertise in helping me to decide the right appliances. Sharon in Del Ray

  Horrible customer service. Our company purchased a washing machine in July. We were given several delivery dates despite being told it would be delivered right away. When it arrived, it arrived without parts. It has now also broken twice. We called for Bray and Scarf to repair it the first time and they said it would take three days -- we can't be without a washing machine so we had to call a repair company despite having purchased a warrant. It has broken again, and this time the service person told us that we should get it replaced because it was going to cost too much to repair. We called Bray and Scarf, they don't have enough people working which we can sympathize with, and they told us to call the warranty company. We did, the warranty company told us that they never registered the washing machine with them and we had to call back Bray and Scarf again. We did, were told we would get a call back -- no call back. We need a washing machine!!!!!
