  Made an appointment to try on wedding dresses. Nothing thrilling, the workers didn't seem excited or enthusiastic at all. I wrote down my budget on the paper they provided and they didn't seem to be aware that some of the dresses they encouraged me to try on were $4,000 over my listed budget. My sister and two year old niece were with me as well. My sister asked where the restroom was so she could change my niece and when she finished the lady said "Did you put her diaper in the trash can?" Well, of course, where else do you put trash? She then told my sister she needed to take it out so my sister said okay I'll take the diaper out of the trash can but the lady then told her she needed to take out the entire trash which was behind ridiculous. My sister then took out THEIR trash for them and had to walk outside in the cold all the way down the street to throw THEIR trash in the garbage. People should keep in mind that people do have young children and young children wear diapers that require changing. If it's such a burden then I suggest placing a "no children who wear diapers" sign outside the door. Or, maybe the people who worked there could have taken the trash out themselves as they are supposed to do. That's definitely not how you run a business. *** This is a response to the company after she rudely responded to my yelp review and being hateful towards my innocent two year old niece:*** If you have twins of your own I'm sure they were once toddlers and you would understand the mind of a 2 year old. My niece didn't purposely put someone's bag on the floor. It's disgusting of you to blame an innocent child. I guess your other customers are narrow minded like you guys as well because she had no reason to yell at my sister. If an innocent child put my bag on the floor or bumped into me or did ANYTHING I would not get an attitude with them or their parents because I'm fully aware of the innocence of children. If the smell of a diaper bothers you you as the business owners should take it out yourself. Anyway, as opposed to this god forsaken experience GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL PEOPLE! They people there are lovely and have amazing customer service. Oh and they are KID FRIENDLY! There was so many young kids and everyone loved them!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Anna's!! I had been to one other dress shop and had the worst experience. I also had NO IDEA what kind of dress I wanted, so I had little hope that I would find anything. The lady helping us pulled amazing dresses for me to try. She really knew what was going to flatter my body type! I was torn between two dresses, so I scheduled another appointment for my mom to help me decide. For the second appointment, my mother was driving a few hours to get there and was stuck in crazy 94 traffic, but I was encouraged to stay as long as I needed for my mom to get there and be a part of the process. Fate brought us to a third dress that was absolutely perfect for me AND within my budget! I would recommend Anna's to everyone, especially if you are completely clueless as to what you what. They absolutely know how to take care of you! :)

  Our Wedding was everything we hoped for and more and with thanks to Anna's Bridal, I felt perfect on the day. The dress was truly beautiful. Anna's Bridal gave me a professional and dedicated service which is impossible to find on the high street. Not only the service was fantastic but I got value for money on the dress which could not be compared to the high streets. The money I saved on my dress meant we could afford to stay an extra three nights on our Honeymoon - Bonus.
